Tramping in Tekapo
The picture perfect Lake Tekapo was our next stop, famous for its stunning g turquoise colour and amazing backdrop scenery.
We shoved on our Tramping gear and set out on a early morning tramp to Mount John, a 1000 meter climb to the summit!! It took us 90 minutes of continuous climbing to reach our destination, both was worth it and the stunning lake tekapo shimmering around us helped to take our minds off the steep climb! A brilliant way to spend 4 hours!! After our 6th tramp in NZ we are hooked!!
